about
On Friday, January 10, 2020, The Oracle will be releasing a stand-alone single entitled "Book II." Recorded entirely on a Tascam Portastudio, using various analog synthesizers, "Book II" is the first recording of The Oracle to be exclusively performed and produced by founder Patrick Murphy. The song is intended to pay homage to the group's initial inspirations. Trance inducing and hypnotic, "Book II" is meant to feel like a seemingly endless tape loop that fully immerses the listener in sound.
Beautifully Mastered by Alex Garcia-Rivera at Mystic Valley Studio in Medford, MA, "Book II" will be available on Bandcamp and all streaming platforms.
*Recommended to be listened at maximum volume or with high quality headphones.*
